I glanced over the second paper and unfortunately it does not contain the word "pseudocompact", so one would have to take a look at that (maybe the assumptions can be weakened then also)

Thanks, this should fill the existing gaps in theorems. Possibly we can change Moore to developable and drop completely regular.

I.e. symmetrizable + pseudocompact + first countable => developable.

For completely regular spaces, pseudocompact is equivalent to feebly compact. I think you've got the wrong article though
