Advertise the new steering committee and advisory board within a News item on the website
(This 'News' tab could also advertise any physiopy events, presentations, successes etc.)

Pre-requisites:

• Finalise governance docs #3 (open PR: Finalise governance docs - resolve outstanding queries #23)
• Document Community Manager Role #5
• Define the Developer Seat #9 (open PR: Define Developer Seat roles #31)
• Define the Documentation Seat #8

UPADTE: we could also say things like "on 6th Nov this SC & AC meeting happened" to be transparent with what governance activities are happening and help the community members see the work being done! Once we have our minutes finalised. Could be good to announce these updates in the general channel on slack too. To be discussed at next SC meeting @m-miedema
