Missing Airport Timezone =details in returned data from Vacentral

Vacentral returns a number of Airport records where the Timezone is missing . The Timezone is required to convert local departure or arrival times to UTC time as the source of the flight information uses local time and not UTC time

Where do you populate the timezone code for VAcentral as it is not on the OUR Airports File

That was coming from a different source; mwgg, which I just removed, I think it was causing some conflicts. I'm working on pulling that back in just for the timezone data, but there are airports missing

I have the webservice too, I have to see how to use it without sitting the service limits to fill/backfill the data
