We should also remove the reference of BaselineOfDrTests to the baseline of pharo. Now the bootstrapping is failing because of that. Also you should reference dt tests in the baseline of newtools (https://github.com/pharo-spec/NewTools/pull/1187/files#diff-bb8ce4aa534f125fd850d68931bd6ae3d0e4f26fc2889377134fdd84148c9579) in your newtools PR
