Performance issues 2

Im able to run the game Maxed out at 100 fps+, on stealth mission it drops to 40-30fps. On loud mission it can even drop to 20-10fps.
Is there any fix for this issue ? Thanks in advance.

just use p3dhack, this cheat has dlc unlocker and skin unlocker, without fps drop.
