shed tools: install the published packages through mise instead of local paths.
agent-browser gets the op credential provider from @pattobrien/agent-browser-plugin-op and the Agents profile. shed-cli, agent-browser-plugin-op and herdr-open-file are mise npm tools with no release-age wait, replacing the pnpm add -g postinstall hooks. kitty's open-actions launch the bare herdr-open-file bin. tests/e2e depends on the published @pattobrien/herdr-ts-sdk via the catalog instead of a link into the shed checkout.
