Cannot import name CSVKitWriter

Got an error trying to upgrade Panda to the latest version, although we confirmed that csvwriter was installed:

ImportError: cannot import name CSVKitWriter

Tracing this back to the changelog for csvkit, this looks connected to the move to agate:

I went ahead and changed the dependency to the PyPI released version against which PANDA was developed in 133baa4

Since I didn't actually run into this while trying to upgrade a PANDA install, I am not 100% certain that this is a complete fix, so leaving this open.
