Create a Microsoft Power Apps tool that will enable & facilitate case study creation and tracking.

Epic Hypothesis Statement
For service delivery staff and their managers
who produce and track case studies by using
the custom built tool created using Microsoft Power Apps
is a form that will generate a case study and track who completed case studies with notifications of completion and when/if shared and easy to demo
that will increase the numbers of case studies and save time on all-staff meetings and save time tracking
unlike our current low rate of case studies produced
our solution we need 90% above case studies submitted

Business Outcomes We need 90% above case studies submitted per month over a 4 month period
Leading Indicators each month more people are using tool instead of filling out word document

Minimum Viable Product Features:

• Must ask all questions in the current case study word template
• Case study includes instructions as part of app ( see case study template for instructions)
• Notify when case studies submitted
• Will track new case studies since last case study share meeting (All-staff)
• Will track % of use to easily measure business outcomes

Additional Potential Features:

• Notify when a case study is started
• Remind people to complete their case study
• Notifications of people who are missing case studies
• Send kudos to Slack or Teams when people submit their case study
