.swf to .exe proper implementation

I tried doing .swf to .exe, and after waiting for a bit, I was greeted with "Failed to find conversion route.". I guess .swf to .zip will fail as well?

Anyway, similarly like it was requested for .sb3 and .apk, I suggest trying to implement something similar for this format as well.

I don't know how to do this (so I cannot implement solution), I just know that there exist converters of .swf to .exe that work pretty well, like this one: https://pdfrecover.herokuapp.com/swftoexe/.

this would be pretty easy, as swf can already natively run on machines. embed a version of the standalone flash player and the swf into an exe, then have the entrypoint spawn the flash player as a child process and load the swf with the commandline
