Compile and analyze the responses from the Tech Lead Google Form to create a formalized mapping matrix that links struggling metrics to specific, actionable resources.
User Story
As a developer, I need a consolidated write-up of the tech lead feedback so I know exactly what resources, suggestions, and documentation to code into the actionable insights engine. #167
Acceptance Criteria
- Tech lead responses are reviewed, synthesized, and consolidated into a formal write-up. Placed within /docs
- A mapping matrix is created (e.g., in a spreadsheet or JSON format) linking specific low-performing metrics (like high defect rate) to the requested actionable steps (like a link to QA documentation).
- The general feedback form responses are reviewed and organized into a living document for future sprint planning.
- Find corresponding resources (if tech leads desire documentation to be provided as part of the actionable steps)
Implementation Notes
The final matrix needs to be formatted in a way that is easily understood for the developer who will be coding the frontend logic (e.g., "If Metric X < Y, display Resource Z").
