Error when running batch files

Hello,

I tried test running a batch run with just a single condition (yaml and log files attached) and the simulation seemed to run fine until the end where I get the following error message:

A .csv file was created with entries for the first case. I'm not sure what this error means or how to fix it. I have more screenshots of the simulation outputs if that would be helpful.

This issue was addressed in this other issue:
#108

If you use our dev branches, you will get some recent fixes.
