Workshop proposals can be submitted three times per year: 30 January, 30 May and 30 September. Workshops will be planned in the period 8-15 months after the deadline.

The current call for proposals at the Lorentz center ends September 30th, and would allow a workshop in the period May-Dec 2023.

One option for a social event is going to the beach, which the benchmarked also did. I would expect low attendance during the summer break, which leaves May, June or September.
