Doen the annotation plugin support custom extension

Hi,

I have question regarding the annotation plugin, lets say if the i am creating polyline or polygon on the pdf, can I extend the functionality for say removing the last point or vertex, so if the user press esc or return button then we delete the last point they created, is that something doable with the current version?
