Improve navigation to/from Settings screen

Right now UX when opening settings screen is not optimal:

Issues:

• Clicking on the Settings button takes me away from the wallet I'm at and there's no way back
• If I have many open wallets, I have to scroll through the navbar to find (and hopefully remember) the one I was using.
• Visually, most of that screen is empty.

Proposal 1:

Convert the settings screen into a popup, similar to wallet settings.

• This would eliminate navigation altogether.
• It would also be consistent with the Add wallet UX, which is the only other thing that can be opened from the navbar's lower section.

Proposal 2:

Add a back button

• This would allow me to "close" the settings screen and go back to where I was.
• Escape key could /should also work

The first one will be the goal.

We have already had conversations about it. The only reason it is not implemented yet is any of the other view models do not observe the changes in the settings, so it is a bigger work, and didn't want to risk it before the release.
