Create easier way to shut down WW2

General Description

Trying to shut down or restart the software is annoying. Warning keeps popping up even after waiting for longer time.

Suggestions on how to mitigate this:

Quick fix - Let's at least say "minutes" because it usually takes > 60s. #6907

Proper fix - Make "Quit" shutdown the software as soon as possible so user dont need to keep clicking it many times.

How To Reproduce?

1. Try quiting the software while CoinJoining.

Yes! That would be the way.

I was able to reproduce this on Win 10 and had to kill the process eventually from task manager
