Make remove/delete wallet more obvious

Currently we have option to generate, load, restore, but deleting a wallet is not in File menu. Proposing to add delete or remove wallet option. Actually I was not able to find how to do it at the moment.

The RPC is just an interface (like the GUI) that exposes functionality that is available in Wasabi. Right now Wasabi doesn't include any way to delete a wallet and that's why none of the interfaces provide that functionality.

Historically speaking, most of the functionalities has been exposed to GUI interface first and there are good reasons for that, after all actions like deleting a wallet is not simply delete a file (or two), it requires to consider many things very carefully first: in case the wallet is opened we should close all the tabs where it is being used (also refresh the Wallet Manager), in case it is participating in a coinjoin we should to unregister the coins, would we need to consider deleting the backup too?

NACK because the cost is too high and the expected benefits are too low.
