Ability to set channel for scanner on LCD

Hi team.

When using the WLANPi for troubleshooting in public venues where a larger device wouldn't be allowed, I've been using the scanner to pcap feature. It would be very useful to be able to set the channel from a list on the LCD display rather than have the Pi channel hop.
