Improving or Removing setup.py

We need to talk about setup.py

1. Having to manually specify every included file makes refactoring harder than it should be.
2. The list of specified files is huge and confusing
3. There are other ways of doing things, and as @llimeht pointed out, we should really be removing it altogether.
