how to add background image to the gtk::ToggleButton?

I am trying to replicate Appearance page of gnome-settings, like this:

while inspecting that app and I realized they used something called CcBackground but when I googled it, I couldn't find anything related:

I assume that CcBackgroundPreview is a custom widget and part of the code base of gnome-settings.

I researched a bit, and solved that like this:

    add_css_class: "style-toggle",

    #[wrap(Some)]
    set_child = &gtk::Picture{
