Expanding OpenCilk support to Rust

Rust is a safe language that is posed to be the successor of C and C++.
Are there any plans or projects that expands OpenCilk to Rust so that OpenCilk can make full use of type, concurrent and memory safe feature on Rust?

This project is currently in progress. We’ve been working on extending both the Rust and OpenCilk compilers, and we expect to be able to share our work in a couple of months. Thanks for starting this discussion — we look forward to providing an update in the new year!

from Jay Hilton's Master of Engineering project at MIT?

If so, then I see that it is more than a year behind the rust main repository so would take quite a bit of work for Jay to rebase it first before further works are done and/or filing the pull request to rust.......
