Running ding0 over a native database for a non-german city 

Hi all

Is there possible to run ding0 over a native database for a non-german city? In my case I need to set up a database for an italian city, and then I'm just stucked on understanding if it is possible and how it must be done for setting a compliant database schema (for what concerns specific tables and columns with labels).
