Run smoke test on Video XBlock

Once all basic video xblock extraction completes, we needs to finalize the VideoConfigService functionality.

After finalizing we will use this service within BuiltInVideo Block and fix the test cases.

And after finalizing and merging of VideoConfigService we will fix the test cases for Extracted Video Block in edx-platform.
