Ability to delete share links from the listing of share links

Idea

The view at /files/shares/via-link has checkboxes, but those appear misleading, as they seem to be selecting the referenced files. But there also isn't any sort of action button, such as Delete.

In fact, it would be nice if I could outright disable/delete share links from that UI by selecting them with the checkboxes, and hitting "Delete".
