Intrusive dialog asking for feedback

Describe the bug

At random intervals, a dialog pops up asking me for feedback:

This steals focus (both in terms of keyboard and mind) and is extremely annoying. I had to stop myself a few times already from providing the feedback that popped to my head when I was once again interrupted by this thing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Work
2. Wait till popup appears
3. Get annoyed

Expected behavior

I expect intrusive behaviour like this to at least be configurable.

Setup

It's hosted for us, but I know they use docker compose. I can ask direct questions if you need more info.

Might be from Collabora? Although it should only happen when inside a document.
