[FR] Keycloak Theme for Account-Page

A theme with the same design as OpenCloud has already been created in keycloak for the login page.
The standard keycloak design is still used for the account page, where personal settings are changed.

With AI I has already made a few attempts to create a suitable design, but it doesn't correspond to any professional code.

Perhaps someone can implement this with minimal effort.

Note: The current OpenCloud Keycloak theme uses parent=keycloak, the old FreeMarker-based theme that has been deprecated since Keycloak 26.0. This is also mentioned in:

• keycloak theme fixes #238.

Building an account page theme on this deprecated base would likely create technical debt, since Keycloak is actively moving to keycloak.v2 (and the React-based Account Console v3).

A migration to the new theme system could also help address the open A11Y issues on the login page:
