Remove installation instructions for Raspberry Pi

Referring to this issue: 1961

The installation instructions for a Raspberry Pi aren't accurate at all.

Either the instructions should be corrected and tested for correctness or removed.

It's really not helping anyone when instructions are faulty.

Could you please tell us what exactly is wrong?

The instructions works fine on Raspberry4 (tested last week)

As wrote in the other issue you mentioned, in your setup you have running two traefik containers.
