Sudden random deletion of files and folders from the client, still present in the cloud

Steps to reproduce

While uploading several files from my laptop using web UI, some unrelated folders and files were deleted from the laptop. These files are still present in the cloud, as seen in the screenshot. My OpenCloud desktop configuration is only syncing a folder called "Docs", and almost all folders inside except for two were deleted. Fortunately, files were only moved to the trash.

Unfortunately I'm not sure how to properly reproduce this bug.

Expected behavior

Files should never be randomly deleted.

Actual behavior

Files were indeed randomly deleted.

Setup

• Linux Mint on kernel 6.8.0-101-generic
• Client version 3.0.3.2073
• Server version 4.0.3 stable

I had previously marked several custom ignored files with the "Allow deletion" checkbox. I believe most if not all the deleted folders contained some of these files inside. Just in case it's related, I share the list here:
