Remove table column default names

I've never seen a table with a column called 'text', 'number' or 'checkbox'.
It's kind of annoying to have to delete the default name every time you want to create a new column.
We should leave it empty and give it auto focus instead.

I agree that an autofocus is good, but if the field is empty and a type is selected, we should default to type name. This is also what tools like notion do.
