Thank you for your interest in contributing to sqz. This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by contributors to the sqz project.
By submitting a pull request or otherwise contributing to this project, you agree to the following terms:
- "You" means the individual who submits a Contribution to the project.
- "Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to existing work, that you submit to the project.
- "Project" means the sqz software and all associated repositories.
You grant to the project maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and such derivative works.
You grant to the project maintainers a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to those patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution(s) alone or by combination of your Contribution(s) with the project.
You acknowledge that the project maintainers may, at their sole discretion, offer the project under additional license terms (including commercial licenses) in addition to the MIT License and the Apache License, Version 2.0. Your Contributions may be included in such alternatively-licensed versions.
You represent that:
- You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
- Each Contribution is your original creation.
- Your Contribution does not violate any third party's rights.
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property that you create, you have received permission to make Contributions on behalf of that employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
You understand that the decision to include your Contribution in the project is entirely at the discretion of the project maintainers, and this Agreement does not obligate the project to use your Contribution.
By submitting a pull request, you signify your agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit contributions.
