Bug: Newsletter subscription mechanism is functioning wrongly in terms of recipients emails

Our newsletter subscription mechanism is functioning wrongly in terms of recipients.
Whenever somebody adds his/her e-mail address; the info should be solely sent to our office managers via Sek@orient-institut.org (they’ve been conveyed to our library team )

Example:

From: server@orient-institut.org [mailto:server@orient-institut.org]
Sent: Wednesday, January 27, 2021 8:39 PM
To: Orient-Institut Beirut Bibliothek oib-bib@orient-institut.org
Subject: New User has been subscribed

quentin.deforge@gmail.com has susbscribed

The Newsletter subscription should include just two e-mail addresses:
Sek@orient-institut.org
Kinj@orient-institut.org

Dear George,
as mentioned in my e-mail yesterday, the aforementioned addresses i.e. sek@orient-institut.org and Kinj@orient-institut.org are still not receiving any new subscription (despite that new members did already insert their addresses).
