LICENSE. It is not licensed as OSI-approved open-source software.

Commercial use, hosted offerings, paid distribution, commercial internal use,
and Better Agent marketplace rights require prior written permission from Ofek
Ron.

The Better Agent marketplace trust root may be public for verification. Private
marketplace services, private signing keys, entitlement infrastructure, paid
extension packages, and related commercial infrastructure are not part of this
public source release unless explicitly included under a separate written
license.

Third-party dependencies remain governed by their own licenses.
