[Improvement] add ability to specify cloned disk size

**Describe the request**
When using the AhvVmDisk.Disk.Scsi.cloneFromVMDiskPackage function today, there is no way to specify a target disk size. This is available in the UI and the API.

**Current behaviour**
Can't specify target disk size for cloned disk image.

**Expected behaviour**
Being able to specify a disk size, just like in the UI and API.
