Added text by paint on image plugin is large in size even if decrease it's size !

Dear I notice that the added text to image by using paint on image plug-ins is large too much in size ! Even if I set it at 3 px it will become smaller - yes - but still large out of what 3 px size should be !

Kindly, fix this.

good suggestion: currently there is a multiplier which we can (should) remove, thanks!
