Feature Description

I want to be able to talk to artists and other users through ImageHex. Conversations lets me do that.

Notes

• Commission Conversations will be separate from normal Conversations
• Commission Conversations can be accessed by Noided Media staff for Dispute resolution.
• Notifications for Conversations should be separate, otherwise "Unread messages" will probably flood the notifications system.
• Blocking a user from messaging you.
• The option to only allow users you've explicitly subscribed to, to contact you in a "normal" Conversation. Commissions are open to anyone.

Currently conversations only exist in the context of commissions, which I think is okay for now, right? I wanna make the conversations work extremely well before I let people create as many as they want. Especially since that has the potential to flood the fuck out of our website, which is, you know, kind of bad.
