[Question] fastforward on PyPI #6

A while ago I came across this old repository because I was trying to upload my new Python package to PyPI. The Python package is called FastForward (https://github.com/UnravelSports/fast-forward). Unfortunately, I could not use fastforward or fast-forward because your package has been reserving the name on PyPI since 2016. As a result, I had to resort to using fast-forward-football instead.
I was wondering if there is any possibility of transferring the PyPI name to me, or releasing it so I can claim it? Since the package hasn't seen any releases or activity in many years, I believe the name could be put to good use with my project.
If you're still actively using or planning to use this name, I completely understand, please just let me know! But if not, I would really appreciate it if you could delete the PyPI project so the name becomes available again
