Breaks XML markup by expanding < and >

Tiny issue that came up in my documents when trying this tool, we had labels like <200 which were in the svg as <200. These get expanded by gsvg back into <200, which is no longer valid XML syntax.

Thanks for a cool tool, and totally understand if you're no longer maintaining it.

Thanks for the bug report, @larsyencken! I haven't abandoned gsvg, though it is on hold and I'm not certain how soon I'll be able to put real focus on it again (but I definitely will at some point!). If you'd like to submit a PR, I'd be happy to review it, otherwise I'll leave this issue open and come back to it when I get a chance.
