Custom Avatar Unity Project for 5.4.11 wont open (Even with all files located in their respective place)

Installing the unity project file of 5.4.11, Unity's splash screen shows up for a second then disappears,

1. Import project through unity hub
2. Add all necessary dependencies
3. Click launch project with correct version
4. Unity fails to open the project with no error message or notification

That's a weird one. Can you confirm whether or not you can create/open any other projects with the same version of the Unity Editor?

Yeah all my other unity versions work
I created a new project then imported all the files, weirdly the project wont open after that
