Make search accessible for all languages

Current behavior

Currently you can only search items in the english language.

Expected behavior

Search items in all languages available. If we want to add this with the user system, there could simply be a setting for the prefered language. If we want to add this before, maybe make two flags for each realm (english and the realm native language) that's switchable.
