希望post.swig能支持给index=true的场景下，提供inject功能 #913

- I have already searched for current issues, which does not help me.
Expected behavior
比如我希望想在index页面，能够显示tags。
所以希望：
- 能否把tags放开给index场景
- 或者能否开放index页面的inject注入。我自己在后面注入tags也可以
