Sensor for JIRA #9

Hello,
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using HACKYSTAT 8.3.11 version on Windows XP. I am able to install
services & able to access with browser.
But, I am not able to add sensor for JIRA system. Can you please help me
with this.
