V0.202 won't instant update to V0.204

Detail of the issue

I tried updating several times and it finds the download, downloads it, and install it and shuts down Neuron, but when I open it back up, it still says it is V0.202 and still has the update available message. It won't update on Windows 11.

Update: when I downloaded the 0.204 binary for Windows it installed and made a new icon on my desktop, so probably the update was expecting the exe file to be in a default location and I probably installed it in a different location. In other words, I probably was opening the old program as it did not overwrite it. I'm good now, just installed it in Program_Files/Neuron as defaulted from the setup file.
