Component: Refactor current "Select" button to "Launch Sandbox" #4
Description
- Change the current "Select" button component to render a "Launch Sandbox" button
- Have a configurable API endpoint (pulled from environment variable?) that allows the button to pass the full state/configuration to the endpoint.
