Rector for php doesnt work even for simpler cases

the matomo plugin had to be migrated manually event though its quiet simple: https://github.com/Flowpack/neos-matomo/commit/3e351f2ef99dca3516ee946a77b01e9609f12ee2

my idea is to collect hand migrated packages to see what we can do to automate this for the future.
