Problem Description

The PICO 2 CI is failing: https://github.com/nasa/fprime/actions/runs/18203914655/job/51830751185?pr=4252

It looks like it hung on startup, or possibly the serial connection dropped.

Also, we should probably exclude whitespace from printing to the console as there is obviously a problem with SPAMed output.

This might be a transient failure since it worked on a rerun. Let's keep an eye on this. If it happens again, we'll try to reliably reproduce it.

As for the SPAM, yes we should not print whitespaces to console. I'll create an issue for that
