Subject: [PATCH] Add custom styles Changes to be committed: 	new file:  
 assets/css/style.scss

Add custom css file as per (https://github.com/pages-themes/minimal#stylesheet).

Updated 'footer' styling to remove clashing with sidebar on smaller screens.

Updated line-height and bottom margin other elements to ensure fit within screen.
