Windows not beein able to acces ftp server

Whenever i startup the app it connects just fine, however when i try to connect to it via windows explorer, it always says: A Connection with the Server couldnt be established.

All i did was startup the Client and open File Explorer. Tried it with WinSCP, but same Problem there.

Sadly no, enabled everything that i needed (and even AFTER disabling the Firewall), it still didnt work.
