[dashboard] add visual indication that a provisional cohort has reported errors that need review

Visual indicator needs to be made available on the main cohorts page/table. Can use the Sample status viz as a guide for Cohort status.

Assumptions:

• if cohort validation status is null then this cohort pre-dates when cohort validation status reports were adopted. Assume it is valid

Conditions:

• validationStatus.passesAllChecks = false : show warning icon. make icon clickable -> brings up the cohort editor view with the validation status enrichment for the cohort metadata + cohort samples
• validationStatus.passesAllChecks = true OR validationStatus = null : show checkmark (not clickable)
