Support for carrying capacity modification

Carrying capcaity modification may come in from several different sources so these need to be multiplied toghther.

1. Create the carring capcaity scaler matrix inferring number of species (cols) and years (rows) - with baseline adjustments where needed.
2. Fill matrix with 1 as defaul
3. If lsm_cov present in the $inteventions multiply each column in the matrix by (1 - lsm_cov)
4. If $invasive is present in the sitefile, infer the species and multiply the corresponding column of the matrix
5. Use resulting combined matrix to feed into the new carrying capcity modification functionality of malariasimulation
