Here are some issues about extracting the trajectories:

I can extract the trajectories by the way like: "pmcmc_run$trajectories$state" in mcstate package. Is there some operations like that in monty functions?

I noted that the "monty_observer" function may be related to the trajectories extraction. But there is no example to show it.

Can you give some examples about how to extract filtered trajectories?
