Surface inline suggested edits

The MCP tool doesn't surface Phabricator's inline "Suggested Edit" diffs — only the comment text. That's why I missed
  it.

Can we make the MCP tool surface those suggested diffs?

Unfortunately Phabricator doesn't surface these through its API. Actually it's even worse: it surfaces the comment part without the suggestion, so the comment might not even make sense.
We have to investigate how to do this, either using some hidden APIs that the frontend uses (ugly solution), or adding suggestions in the standard API responses from Phabricator.
